About Melissa....

Melissa Barnes Geary,NCARB is a multi-state licensed architect and designer who holds a degree from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Architecture. Melissa holds an NCARB certification.

Creative, Dynamic and Inspiring, three words that uniquely describe Melissa's work which spans a broad foray across multiple design disciplines from residential to commercial spaces.

Melissa provides her clients a two fold level of service in which she has few peers, by being a licensed architect as well as a very gifted interior space designer her unique depth of skill and experience allows her to provide clients twice the insight and expertise as other less credentialed peers in the field.

Melissa was a Senior Architect at Desmone and Associates, an award winning architectural and interior design firm located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

After leaving Desmone to move to the Gulf Coast of Florida, Melissa established her own Architectural and Interior design firm located in Pensacola Florida. Barnes Geary Design, PLLC has quickly become a premier design firm specializing in custom home designs for her clients throughout the Gulf Coast Florida and Alabama areas.
